Vorboss’ main website focused on Direct customers, leaving potential Channel Partners without a dedicated platform to learn about the company’s services and benefits. With a tight deadline before a marketing event, the new site needed to be designed and built quickly. It had to match the look and feel of the main website whilst being distinct enough for Channel Partners to recognise it as a separate site.

TL;DR
Since I was unfamiliar with the industry and working under a tight deadline, continuous collaboration with the team was key throughout the design and development process. I studied the main site's visual style to ensure consistency, then jumped straight into high-fidelity designs. Frequent feedback helped refine the design quickly and ensure the site communicated the right look and feel to the target users.

Low-fidelty mockup
The marketing team provided a low-fidelity mockup with content, which was really helpful for organising information. I used this as a foundation to refine the layout before moving to high-fidelity designs.
Site map
Next, I created a site map to define the website structure and ensure a clear, logical flow of information.

Style guide
To maintain a cohesive look and feel across the site, I created a simple style guide defining the typography, colors, and UI elements, closely designing from Vorboss' main site to visually tie the two websites together.

High-fidelity wireframes
With the styling and assets already defined, I jumped straight to high-fidelity designs. Fast iteration cycles were required so I frequently sought feedback from the team throughout.
Webflow Developlment
Now it was time to build a responsive site in Webflow. Maintainability was a key requirement, so I set up the CMS and created template pages, allowing the marketing team to easily add new pages using the templates.
I used Finsweet’s Client-First, a popular and well-documented styling framework for Webflow projects. This allows the marketing team to easily update the styling or edit the content.
The project was delivered on time and continues to serve as a valuable resource for Vorboss' prospective Channel Partners.
